Employment Opportunity: Landscape Labourer
Hanna’s Property Maintenance is proud of it’s 35 years in business as a family owned and operated landscaping business that’s currently on a hunt for a friendly and motivated team members to join our team. We focus on providing professional quality property maintenance for residential and commercial clients in Ottawa East area.
Duties include, but not limited to:

Spring and fall cleanup of properties

Operating lawn equipment and small garden equipment

Cutting and trimming grass
-
Mulching, pruning, etc. as needed

Edging and weeding garden beds
-
Other duties, as required
-
Experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping strongly preferred

Physically demanding fast paced environment

Position Overview
This seasonal role, commencing in mid-April and concluding in mid-November, involves collaboration with an experienced team responsible for the upkeep of various properties. The successful applicant will demonstrate expertise in plant care and garden maintenance to ensure the health and visual appeal of gardens under our stewardship.
Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized garden maintenance with attention to detail

Maintain cleanliness by removing debris and litter from assigned areas

Execute pruning, edging, weeding, mulching, and other horticultural practices as required
Qualifications and Skills

Practical knowledge of plants and advanced gardening techniques
-
Proficiency in handling a range of equipment, including hand and power tools

Physical stamina suited for active outdoor work
-
Professional and approachable demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues
Requirements

Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.

Proven experience operating a vehicle with both truck and trailer attached.

Professional references are necessary.
This role will transition into the Winter Daytime Lead Crew Supervisor position.
